 Online Shop Shipping Terms

Ordering an item from nautek.com.au Online Shop is "Easy As".
All Products listed within Nautek Online Shop will be shipped from either Nautek or our suppliers warehouse. Most goods will be rated with a freight cost at the end of the order. In some circumstances the item may be "freight free" as it has the freight costed into the item. 
For example: All die cast or plastic models will be dispatched from us or our suppliers’ warehouse. They will be insured and covered by registered mail for all orders.

Shipping Costs: Australia Post
How much will it cost to ship my order?
All Goods will be dispatched unless noted by 
Australia Post. Calculation of the freight is carried out by our software linking into Australia Post's website http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/ calculating the freight based on the items weight, size or both. You will also be able to choose the preferred method ie: Express, 2-Day or Next Day etc.
nautek.com.au shop will send the dimension/ weight details to Australia Posts server which calculates the cost and then responds back to nautek shop advising you whilst you are online. Please choose wisely from the options within the Australia Post module as nautek.com.au or Nautek marine Services Pty Ltd or their suppliers will not be held responsible for any goods dispatched with incorrectly supplied address's or fragile goods sent via normal mail methods etc. nautek.com.au and it suppliers reserve the right to change the dispatch method. However we shall make every effort to notify you of any additional shipping changes. There are also weight and size limits with Australia Post. Most items will be shipped Registered Mail unless otherwise advised. This will mean you will be required to sign for the goods when they arrive. If you miss the mail man, a card will be left in your mail box and you will have to go to advised post office where your parcel is. Don't forget to take some ID and the card the postal service has left.


Shipping Costs: Allied Express Couriers

When an order is bigger than 20kg's 1 meter in square size we may have to use a courier. Our preferred courier is TNT. In the event of having to use them you will need to be available to receive the goods. If you aren't there the goods will go back to the courier company or thier agents depot for redelivery. Now be warned there may be a cost to redeliver so please ensure you are their to receipt your goods
Backorders 
nautek.com.au Online Shop or its suppliers will dispatch any back ordered or not in stock items when they are received into stock. 
Future orders 

If you order a new product from nautek.com.au Online Shop that is not in stock as marked on the website (pre-ordered item/s), Ourselves or our suppliers will ship the good/s to you when it arrives into store. 
Payment Currency 
What payment currency is used to pay for my order?
All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars ($AUD). If you are ordering from outside
Australia
, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card - your currency will automatically be converted to Australian dollars when you complete the transaction. In some cases the goods will be a lot cheaper than a similar or the same as you will buy in your country.
The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. Many banks also charge a small currency conversion fee, contact your bank or credit card provider for details. All items listed in
nautek.com.au Online Shop, are in Australian Dollars. 
The final charge to your card is made in Australian dollars and the ultimate conversion rate is determined by your bank or credit provider. Therefore we are not able to take responsibility if the final amount charged to your card differs slightly from the listed prices.

GST Local Tax
Australian Resident Customers will be billed GST. Overseas customers will be invoiced excluding GST. Your log in details should be reflective of this to ensure correct taxation being applied to or exempted from an order. All prices listed in the shop are inclusive of 10% Australian GST Tax. Overseas customers will have the GST portion deducted as the website software will detect your overseas address and do this automatically.
Order Processing
I have just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?
Provided that the items on your order are in stock (the shop will not allow you to place an order if there is nil stock), We and our suppliers will endeavour to ship the goods within 7 days. Whilst we and our suppliers will try to ensure we meet deadlines for Australia Post or a nominated freight company, circumstances may not always allow. Long weekends, public holidays will also affect pickup and deliveries. 
nautek and their suppliers will endeavour to minimise the time frames involved. Likewise nautek will keep you informed of any delays etc by email update pertaining to your order.
It is

Once you've placed an order with nautek.com.au Online Shop, you will receive an e-mail confirmation saying that we've received your purchase and this is acknowledgment of your order, payment and will be processing your order. You may receive a second e-mail notifying you that the order has been shipped advising the freight method and any particular details on the details ie: Registered Mail Details

Out-of-stock items are shipped when they become available. If Express, 2-Day or Next Day shipping was chosen on the original order, nautek.com.au Online Shop reserves the right to ship back ordered items by a downgraded shipping method.

Delivery Time

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
Provided the items in your order are in stock (the shop will not allow you to place an order if there is nil stock) we or our suppliers will ship your order within 24-72 hours from receipt of an order during business hours and business days.
Domestic shipping (i.e. shipping to a domestic Australian address), generally takes 3-7 business days for delivery (up to 10 business days in some cases). 
International shipping generally takes 5-10 business days for delivery (up to 15 business days in some cases).
Express Service shipping time is determined based on customer selection during the check-out process.
A street address is required for Express Delivery (no PO boxes).
In rural and regional areas of
Australia
, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

The Suggested times will be indicated at the ordering area where you choose the Freight Option
