Return Goods Authorisation
We stand behind every product that is sold through Nautek Online Shop. Because we feel that we offer good quality products at what we believe is the best possible prices, Nautek and our suppliers inspect and pack all of our orders with care, We believe that you will be satisfied with your purchase/s. However, there are times when items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we will gladly work with you to have them replaced or to simply rectify the issue.
Return Authorisation
Please contact us before returning any product. You will be emailed the information necessary for returning the merchandise. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price, "including the shipping or freight cost" where applicable. Shipping charges may be non-refundable. If the goods are shipped freight inclusive we may deduct the shipping price from the original purchase price
Returns Policy:
1. We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Please contact us via email or by phone quoting the same information.
2. Any defective, incorrect or damaged item must be returned within 15 days of receipt via Australia Post or by a nominated carrier. We will advise if you are to return it to us or our supplier. We or our supplier will gladly ship a replacement.
3. Any item you are not satisfied with if returned within 15 days of receipt and received in saleable condition, will be issued an exchange or a refund for the original purchase price less any freight costs only. In some circumstances a 15% restocking fee may apply, we don't want to do it but may have to. We apologise if this has to happen.
4. Imprinted items may NOT be returned for replacement or refunded, unless the imprint or item is defective.
5. Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement with the same item. A refund will be at ours or the suppliers’ discretion.
6. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee, at ours or our suppliers’ discretion.
7. No Refund will be offered for any downloadable files
If you return an item to www.nautek.com.au or a supplier, please allow 1-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow 1-2 weeks for the new package to arrive.
With all the above conditions, we need to have guidelines to work to but we are flexible and will work in with you if the above has to be actioned.
